PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT (PII )

A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (PII) is drilling on a property to determine if a neighboring property or the current or past site uses have caused contamination to soil/groundwater or have caused an underlying soil vapor concern. The PII is a great tool to help avoid acquiring an existing problem that may become yours, which could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in clean-up and compliance. (Typically warranted by a Phase I recommendation)

Report completed within 10-12 working days
Phase II process to include:
- TASK 1 - Coring and advancing boring's based on pre determined depths, depending on past site uses.
- TASK 2 - Sampling protocol.
- TASK 3 - Analytical Testing for Soil or Soil Vapor.
- TASK 4 - Consulting – Preparation of a formal report.
